Calculating of the ground shaping and ensuring the integrity of our design features is the responsibility of our engineers. Our engineering department takes the design created by the landscape architect and general architect and creates the necessary plans for construction and permitting.

First we create the zoning sheet which calculates useable space, set-backs and other pertinent information to ensure that township and state ordinances are met. 

Then, the grading plan is done showing all necessary elevations and proper drainage to handle all proposed changes. Next, the details are created to ensure that proper construction strategies and materials are used by the selected contractor.

All these plans are incorporated with the landscape architect and general architect to create a total package ready for permits and construction.
